Bolt 1.30.1 now available

Greetings!

We're happy to announce the release of Bolt 1.30.1. This is a bugfix release. Issues resolved include:

• PowerShell tasks executed on targets with PowerShell version 2.x or earlier can now use task parameters with the string type in the name
  
• Apply blocks in sub-plans now honor the parent plan's _run_as argument.
  
• Enhanced documentation for plan logs.
