[Announce] Release of PDK v1.7.0

Hello Everyone!

Today we’re happy to announce the latest release of PDK version 1.7.0. This is feature release with an exciting new feature!

With v1.7.0, you will be able to use a new `--puppet-dev` command to validate and test your Puppet Modules against the latest Puppet source from the master branch on Github! Use this new feature to prepare your Puppet Modules for the upcoming Puppet Platform 6 release!

To try this new version, use yum or apt on the Linux command line or download it for Windows, OS X, and Linux platforms at https://puppet.com/download-puppet-development-kit.
