Structured Fact Storage & Querying in PuppetDB

Hello,

For those who don't know me, I'm a developer for Puppet Labs primarily
on the PuppetDB platform. I'm seeking early feedback from you all
around our technical design ideas around adding Structured Fact
storage & querying to PuppetDB.

The last time we floated our ideas around environment support for
PuppetDB we had some awesome feedback and I found that some of my own
assumptions were totally wrong, so instead of feeding you
problems/ideas in a piecemeal way I wanted to just float the whole
thing before we started so I get more good feedback up-front.

I'm hoping those of you who are users of our product from an API
perspective can provide some feedback on this thread. The doc is here:
