Is it time for travis to be opt-in in the pdk-templates?

Hi friends!

Travis CI discontinued its free tier a while back and I am wondering if that means that it's time to remove it from the default configuration of all new Puppet modules. How many community members in the ecosystem are actively using Travis for their modules now?

I've filed a pull request to make that change. It won't remove configuration from modules already using it, but won't create it by default on new modules. Commenting on the PR directly would be most helpful, but conversation in this thread is ok too.
