[ANN] Puppet Server 2.7.0 release available

We’re happy to announce the 2.7.0 release of Puppet Server. This is a backward compatible feature and bug fix release.

NOTE: If you are upgrading to version 2.7.0 from a version earlier than 2.5.0 and you have modified the "bootstrap.cfg"  file, please read this document before proceeding with the upgrade

Highlights for the releases include:

• New Feature: New "reload" service action for faster, safer service restarts 
• New Feature: Required gems are packaged with Puppet Server, with a new GEM_PATH and setting
  
• Bug Fix: Avoid "partial state" error if an agent attempts a Puppet run on the master before first puppetserver service start
  
• Experimental Feature: Run Puppet Server in an MRI 2.0 compatibility mode
