They want to add a user resource that is already set up in ldap. If they use the -forcelocal attribute on linux it works fine. It does not work on Solaris. They need this functionality.

Note that this works on linux by using luseradd which is not available on Solaris AFAIK. I don't know off the top of my head how one does this on Solaris.
