There are three facts in add_local_facts:

  • clientversion (duplicate of puppetversion)
  • clientnoop
  • clientcert

These should be reviewed for possible deprecation. Depending on the outcome of that, there might be more cleanup possible, e.g. these might be moved to where puppet 4 now sets puppetversion and/or the network_device usage of add_local_facts might be obviated.
