1) Ensure all prerequisite release tasks are complete.

2) Review the release Kanban board to ensure all tickets are resolved.

3) Ping release leads in #proj-puppet-releases Slack channel for go/no-go decision.

4) Send email indicating Ready To Ship milestone has been achieved.
