On 9/15/22, support for the puppet-agent docker image was discontinued (see "15 Sept: discontinuing of some Docker Hub namespace images" email for more information). Due to this, any github workflows and files that use the puppet-agent docker image should be removed and/or modified so they no longer use the image.
