As a workaround, the lens can be distributed via plug-ins in modules. Create lib/augeas/lenses in a module and copy the updated kdump.aug into it. Puppet will distribute the lens on all nodes and the augeas resource will use it automatically. The AIO bundled augtool does not pick it up, unless invoked like this: /opt/puppetlabs/puppet/bin/augtool -I /opt/puppetlabs/puppet/cache/lib/augeas/lenses +1 for having this in the 7.22.0 AIO package
