Release Notes: Enhancement
Release Notes Summary: PostgreSQL introduced a query JIT in version 11 and enabled it by default in 12, and it has turned out to cause some queries to be dramatically more expensive.  PuppetDB was affected by this too, and sohas been adjusted to disable the JIT for all of its queries.
