Compare the current locust run results with those from the previous (run) week.

If the difference between the times is higher than 20% write that in an alert file. One alert file entry must contain, compared commit shas, compared run dates, sandbox name, with or without ingestion, users number.

We should generate a CSV that has the statistics for each run query on a new row. For each entry the CSV should contain the SHA of the run query name , the SHA - timestamp , and avg response time and diff to the last run .
