Debian: 6.22.1

Hello,

after upgrading our Puppet Infrastructure to 7.6.1, self created facts are failing on Debian 10 with "undefined method `each_line' for nil:NilClass"

The same facts are working on CentOS 7/8 w/o problems.

I need to downgrade the debian boxes to 6.22, as no 7 version is working on debian.

I attach a fact.

Hi Jens, indeed this is a bug in Facter 4 that cannot correctly expand multi-line commands. As seen in your example: 

 "dpkg-query --showformat='${PACKAGE} ${VERSION}\n' --show | egrep '(^samba |^samba-winbind )'"

I've created https://github.com/puppetlabs/facter/pull/2385 to address this
