Release Notes Summary: The `os.distro` facts are now resolved without lsb_release on the following platforms: RHEL, Amazon, SLES. The information is read from the system as it was done by the lsb script.

Note that the `os.distro.specification` fact which refers to lsb version is available only if lsb release is installed.
