On OSX platforms, on average the to_hash method takes 0.83 seconds to complete, for facter 3.
Facter 4 needs 1.91 seconds to complete.

Acceptance Criteria:	If possible, difference between facter 3 and 4 for the to_hash method, on OSX is no bigger than 500 300 ms.
