Hiera5 mapped_paths should permit glob expansion

It would be helpful for breaking out files into more manageable chunks, if hiera's mapped_paths option would permit use of globs for expansion.

For example:

    mapped_paths: [services, tmp, "service/%\{tmp}/*.yaml" ]

Having mapped_globs makes sense, and seems pretty easy to add to Puppet::Pops::Lookup::LocationResolver
