Change By: Margaret Lee We have noticed with upgrades that people are running into performance issues when they are completing the upgrade. In order to make the upgrade smooth from beginning until stable with the new version installed we need to ensure that the changes made won't cause a spike in usage or logs to get backed up which puts the customer in a broken state.
