When using the command line option `--list-cache-groups` and having external-dir set and containing external facts, Facter should list the external facts files.

When using the command line option `--list-cache-groups` and having external-dir set and containing external facts, Facter should list the external facts files.

Also, groups configured in `facter.conf` are not displayed.
e.g.
{code}...
fact-groups : {
cached-custom-facts : ["my_custom_fact"],

Investigate if we can cache external fact (on Facter 3) by providing external facts file name in ttls files from facter.conf
