The Facter configurations in puppet-agent needs to be updated to build Facter for JRuby on ubuntu-20.04-amd64.

We're already building Facter for JRuby: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet-agent/blob/master/configs/components/facter.rb#L52 this was added in the initial Agent support.
Molly Waggett can you please let us know if you encounter any issues with this.
