facter-ng.gemspec is used to build the gem that will be included in the Puppet AIO build. We want to investigate if we can specify directly (through some variables) or indirectly (through a path to a file) the Puppet AIO version.

 

`aio_agent_version` fact could use the Puppet AIO information

VERSION file from puppet AIO is used to determine Puppet version.
