Jira (FACT-2454) Free Memory calculation on Debian

In Facter 3.x the free memory is calculated by adding the free, buffered and cached memory.

In Facter 4.x only the free memory is displayed.

In Facter 3.x 4 calculates the free system used memory is calculated by adding subtracting the free , buffered and cached memory from the total memory .

In Facter 4.x only The 'free' system call calculates the used memory by subtracting the free memory is displayed , buffers, cached and SReclaimable memory from the total memory .
