The source parameter for file resources can be a generic form puppet:///modules/<module>/<path>, a specific puppetserver puppet://<host>:port/modules/<module>/path, or a specific HTTP(S) server https://<host>:port/path/to/file. Currently, only the first is supported, but the other two need to be supported.
