Implement a :puppet http service with methods for:

GET /puppet/v3/node
 
POST /puppet/v3/catalog
 
PUT /puppet/v3/facts

Node

Accepts name, environment, configured_environment, transaction_uuid parameters.

Catalog

Accepts name, environment, facts parameters.

Facts

Accepts name, environment, facts, transaction_uuid parameters.
