Consider running separate jvms during lein integration tests

In particular, we'd run say puppetserver in a separate jvm so that we can really test against server/agent version N-1, etc. Right now, even if it works, we may not be running with the right dependencies, and as we saw recently, sometimes it doesn't work (when the divergence is too great).
