Based on this standards doc:https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6555

We should prefer IPv6 addresses over IPv4, however we should be mindful of PUP-9730, and come up with a strategy to prefer IPv6 addresses while still ensuring we try to connect with all addresses available regardless of their IP family.

We should prefer IPv6 addresses over IPv4, however we should be mindful of PUP-9730, and come up with a strategy to prefer IPv6 addresses while still ensuring we try to connect with all addresses available regardless of their IP family.

This _should_ be how the OS already behaves, but we should confirm that's the case.
