Re: running commands on localhost from a plan run as root fails starting with 1.16 I reverted one version at a time back to 1.15 and it works in 1.15. So 1.16 is where the break occurred.

Has this ticket been seen? We are currently stuck on 1.15 for our workflow... but I don't see a way to access the 1.15 documentation, so running into issues where I can't just look things up.
