I heard that KBCW 44's parent company CBS is dropping the CW affiliation in the Fall of 2023 to become independent. What're your reactions?

This month, Puffer has already dropped KBCW, and replaced it with KQED+ (sub-channel of the PBS station). However, the last couple of times I have checked, KQED+ simply gives "Sorry, the channel is not currently available. Please try again later."

I hope Puffer replaces KQED+ with the new CW affiliate at some point. At the very least, get the KQED+ feed working properly again. It worked at the beginning of the month, but not the last couple of days.

Sorry about that. We have a server that was unable to persistently encode KBCW, which triggered the channel swap. Now apparently it has trouble encoding KQED+ too. I will do a little debugging today.

The other channels have been running very well recently without any interruptions.
