Unreachable

To Whom It May Concern:

My site is unreachable and I have diagnose my site and I receive this:

The resoluation has no problem. you can try ping the server:

ping 216.58.200.83

If you can't run the ping, it seems you have a network problem, or you
have IPv6 only.
