Why my dns not resolve

Hi,

Our domain kemenpora.go.id is always say server name fail. But if we check our ns running well using intodns and mxtoolbox.

Please any suggestion that I missing?

I tried three public DNS here, it works.
So, have you done some network filters to those big ones like google,
cloudflare, level3 etc?

Btw when I try using 8.8.8.8 on public dns always
