the site dulani.gov.sa won't open i did the test and it worked using
dig www.dulani.gov.sa. @4.2.2.1
dig www.dulani.gov.sa. @4.2.2.2
dig www.dulani.gov.sa. @208.67.222.222

You had a stale DS record, presumably from before your move to Cloudflare hosted DNS (http://dnsviz.net/d/www.dulani.gov.sa/W5qHaw/dnssec/).
This has since been fixed (http://dnsviz.net/d/www.dulani.gov.sa/W74eag/dnssec/).
