Need help in updating the all DNS records

There is no support for flushing all records for all domains or types, you have to flush them each individually.

If you have changed name servers, flush the main domain name (e.g. example.com rather than www.example.com) and this will at least make sure that uncached names are looked up with the current name servers rather than cached ones.
