I have tried but unable to resolve met.net.pk from Google DNS

We appear to be able to resolve this domain, but not from any of our resolvers in Belgium and the Netherlands (which provide service to much of EMEA).

The PKNIC DNS operators should check that they are not rate-limiting or blocking the IP addresses for "bru" and "grq" locations listed at https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/faq#locations
