Domain name not resolving worldwide

Dear all,

I'm getting shuttled here from pillar to post my domain name neb.nl is not getting resolved worldwide and who is responsible to get this fixed? the Nameserver (microsoft in this case) or the registar?

Don't know why it is not resolved worldwide but any help is apriciated

The .nl zone has a DS record for neb.nl. Your name servers do not serve DNSSEC for neb.nl. This makes your domain go Bogus on any name server that validates DNSSEC.

Tell your registrar (Metaregistrar, which you may or may not know as Mijndomein) to remove the DS for neb.nl.
