[VNPT-AS45899] DNS 8.8.8.8 not resolve domain dongthap.gov.vn

Dear Google,

All of VNPT internet subscribers have problems when using DNS 8.8.8.8 to access domain dongthap.gov.vn. 

As what we checked with the link  https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/troubleshooting

The result was not good at the step 3. All the output of step 1,2,3 are in attached files.

Our testing subscriber IP address :113.164.8.153

Please help us to trouble shooting this issue

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our monitoring shows that about half of our locations are not receiving responses from your nameservers, dns1.dongthap.gov.vn. and dns2.dongthap.gov.vn. As both are on the same subnet this is likely a network connectivity issue. 

Are you seeing any queries from our resolvers? The IP addresses are available here, particularly these ones consistently fail:

173.194.171.0/24 tpe
