As for the issue at hand, it appears that it continues to persist and it can only be observed when tested from particular DNS resolver servers. To confirm that I tested the connection from another one of our servers and the connection is once again successful:

Yet it fails locally. I can also confirm, that your server's NS2 record is already using a different, dedicated IP address:

So the first recommendation provided by Google is already applied but to no avail.
