Dear, 

I keep having troubles with the bptp webserver. Even if I upload the tree in Newick format, the analysis fails and I get the same error of "something is wrong, ...". How can I fix this issue?

Hi Aimée,
I accessed your job, but I couldn’t view your input tree. It’s possible that the issue is related to characters in the sample names that are not allowed. I recommend checking your input tree to better understand the error.
