Move form fader to fader in mix window faster

in Mix window how can I interact with Voice Over with volume faders and move from a track fader to another?

Since I don't have a control surface when I mix i have to do on and out with voice over interaction item in order to change volume to the single track

My actual flow is:

1 Select a frack > interact with VO with the track, navigate to volume fader then interact with the item and adjust parameter

If I need to adjust volume to the next track I have to go out from interaction with fader and then track, select the next track and do same job again.

Is there a way to move from a fader to another once I am interacting with it with Voice Over?

Without a control surface, that's the basic workflow. You can speed things up a bit by using VO+End to get to the bottom of the channel strip and navigate backwards. It's just a little faster. Flo Tools allows you to change volume without interacting with keyboard shortcuts but, if you're new to Pro Tools, you might want to wait a little before engaging the turbo charge.
