auto tune 11 pro question

Hi guys. I recently purchased auto tune pro 11.
It works great. But the only thing is the detune feature works differently now. How do I repitch notes in sent values. I have the transpose parameter where I can change a note by a semitone. But the detune parameter seems to be a 440 hertz thing now. It only goes down to 400 hertz, and up to 466 hertz. This is very useful. But how do I repitdch a note in sents.

Further to this. I have found the track pitch button. It seems to be called track pitch plus time. But it doesn’t seem to do anything. Some thoughts would be much appreciated, as it is something I used all the time.
