I am looking for a plug-in that is accessible. I mentioned a few months back, but I bought sample tank for. None of it is accessible. Does anyone know if any such program that a blind person can use without having to have side assistance to pull up bases, keyboards, drums, pianos.

Your best bet is probably gonna be getting into the Complete Control system. If you want to think outside the box a bit you could look at something like logic/mainstage. Massive amounts of instruments included. You could route MainStage into protools and record it as audio using something like  sound flower.. If you go the logic route you can do stuff in logic and then bounce them out and import into pro tools.
