Hi, how are you? my name is David Ingram and I'm trying to configure the mac mini to use with the new version of VOCR But i'm having a problem with the privacy and security permissions and how to get that to work? I'm new to all of this and I'd like clear steps as to how to resolve the problem that i'm having? I can also be reached at 773-660-1803. Thank you and look forward to your call.

Look at the read me for OCR where it tells you which permissions need to be granted. Then open System preferences and go to security and privacy and select the privacy tab. In there navigate to each category and make sure VOCR is allowed under each manually.
You may have to unlock it by pressing VO Space where it says press to unlock at the bottom of the window, and type in your system password before you can make any changes.
