Not sure why you're getting two bus menus. I haven't seen that, at least not that I can remember.

I've seldom seen this, maybe once or twice. Also not sure about forcing VoiceOver to ignore it. Do you possibly have your system set to read dialogs automatically in System Preferences?

I logged this as a bug almost a year ago and still asking Avid to fix it. It's frustrating that it's slow-going but it'll get fixed eventually, most likely not this next version but early 2021.
