FloTools MIDI editing - why doesn't it work?

Hi,
Ong ago, I think it was way back in FloTools 2.2, a way to edit MIDI notes was announced. I got it to work back then, but after some time it stopped to work for me. But after being so frustrated by the hard way Pro Tools works with VO when it comes to MIDI editing, I remember those FloTools features.
I have tried to make it work again today, but with no luck.
Shortcuts like control left arrow and right arrow to focus on a MIDI value ,in the MIDI event list, as well as control-command-return to edit a specific value does not work.
Any suggestions or advices.
I did try to consolidate the MIDI track first with no better result, but do I really need to do that for every track? It’s ok for me to work in the MIDI event list if I can get this to work.
I do not have to be able to close the MIDI event list to be satisfied. I just want to edit easier than I currently is able to in the MIDI event list..

Long ago, I think it was way back in FloTools 2.2, a way to edit MIDI notes was announced. I got it to work back then, but after some time it stopped to work for me. Hi John,
If I’m not mistaken, we took that feature out when Pro Tools updated it’s method of editing MIDI with keyboard shortcuts. Also, since we added the velocity and pitch macros and you can use standard commands for editing length, moving beginnings and endings, etc., it seemed superfluous. True, it’s still a different matter to edit controller data but that’s a slightly different topic. HTH,
