can we now upgrade to the new operating system to use Pro Tools or stay with Ventura?

Hi list members, i’d like to know if we can now upgrade to the new operating system or do we stay with ventura when using Pro Tools? P.S. what about the new version of Pro Tools. Are there any new features or functions that we can take advantage of? Is the setup for Pro Tools the same? I ask these questions because i’m not sure if anything has changed a lot from the last version of Pro Tools. Also what about the check list?
