Need help with Flo Tools installation on Mac device

Hello ,

I have been trying to install Flo Tools on a MacBook Pro that is about a year or two old.  However, whenever I click on the Flo Tools installer, I receive a pop-up message that says "The variable osName is not defined".  

Has anyone else run into this issue or have any idea how to fix it so that we can move forward with the Flo Tools installation process?  We have already installed iLok and Keyboard Maestro and tried to follow these instructions to the best of our ability, but we keep running into the "The variable osName is not defined" pop-up message.  We have a current 2022.4 version of Pro Tools installed on the computer and are trying to download Flo Tools 2022.4

Any suggestions?
