while I spend most of my time recording and producing other artist's music, I am, first and foremost a songwriter and, although I've thrown much to the back burner, I have managed to cobble a second solo album of my own. It's a mere 20 years since the previous release but, as they say, better late than never. It's available through the usual sources but here's an Apple Music link:

Right now I am leaning toward number six as my favorite.
But I I have to hear it through other systems.

Hey Slau.
Congratulations on your new album!! I’ll check it out. 😆 What’s the name of your first album? I think I heard a couple tracks from it a long time ago. I didn’t know that was produced back in 2001.

Congrats, just enjoying the first few songs while setting up for todays session! I’m reminded that I have only released a handfull of songs from my personal projects in the last few years, well done on managing to get the album made, even if it was a bit overdue!

Hi Slau: congratulations! I really want to be able to download this from some other venue other than Apple Music. I really don’t want to subscribe to another music service. Are usually use Amazon music. I did listen to the first two songs. Very nice. By the way, how is the Pro Tools tutorial coming along?

Thanks, yeah, it took a lot of self motivation at times when I would have rather been at home but that's just the way it goes. If I did my own stuff full time, of course, it would never have taken this long. In all fairness, although some of the songs were written as long as 20 years ago, the first tracking session for this album started in 2015 and then stopped for a couple of years for various reasons. I'd pick up a couple of years later, work over the course of a year or so and then something else would come up. Other people's projects always took precedence and that's as it should be. You'd think that the pandemic would have helped matters but I've been busier than ever throughout. That said, I did manage to have a nice chunk of time last July to do the vocals and then February of this year to mix the whole thing. I'm happy it worked out. all the best!

Hey Gord,

Yeah, it's on Amazon as well. Look out for a direct email from me off list. The Pro Tools Guide for screen Reader Users is coming along. It's a tremendous amount of work. All the written portions are complete and there are some 250 audio examples. I'm about two-thirds of the way through and then need to just polish things up. it'll probably be on line by the end of November. Cheers!

It’s really a beautiful album.

I just can listen to the preview because that I haven’t subscribed to apple music.

As you perhaps remember I’m fron Holland and not anative english speaker. So the words may be not realy what I mean, but I can hear and feel that you have create it with care and you have payed much attedntion to make it as it is.

Can I find or buy the album somewhere?
