problem with pre-hear

Hi All,

First i am a mac user.

For some reasons i have to downgrade my mac studio Monterey and then have to install every thing.

Starting with Native instrument stuff.

I don’t did a install all but choose what i want to install.

I am now half way.

To find out if all worked fine i started komplete kontrol en scanned.

When i start browsing some libraries i can hear the presets but for other i can’t.

E.g. all the abbey road stuff has no pre-hear.

When i take a look in the maps i indeed find no dot.preview maps. For other libraries e.g. Amadi Vila i find a dot preview map.

Any idea what the problem can be?

I only installed kontakt 7 and ignore kontakt 5 and 6.

Is that the problem?
