One more question. What model of the RShake do you have? Is it the 1d, 3d (JAM board) or their 4d device?
A few things to do...
Make sure you have the correct number of sensor/station ID name mapping channel lines for the number of channels on the
ADC board. See
https://www.seismicnet.com/shake/winsdrshake.html for more information.
Make sure you are running the current version of WinSDR. Here are the links to version 4.7.9
https://www.seismicnet.com/software/winsdr479b1_64bit.exe or
https://www.seismicnet.com/software/winsdr479b1_32bit.exe
And here is the link to version 1.4 of wsserver. Make sure to recompile the program before running it.

If you can't get it working turn on the raw data logging feature in the wsserver.conf file. This is done by changing
logRaw = 0 to logRaw = 1 and restarting wsserver. Let wsserver run for a few minutes to capture some data. You may need
to connect to the server using WinSDR to create the raw data log file. After that stop the server and turn off logging.
Next post a few lines from the /tmp/rawudp.dat file to the group.
