Addition to sample data for CTCC provider type

Hi all,

We fixed a gap in our sample data.  Previously, we were missing a specific agreement document named in the rules for the Child and Teen Care Clinic provider type.  This caused a bug where that provider type could not submit an application.

If you have a running instance of the PSM, I'd suggest that you add the new data given in PR #663 to fix this bug.

Thanks for catching this, Judy!  I just applied the migration to the testing site, so it should work for you now.  I was able to complete a test application with the CTCC provider type.

This is such an excellent bug report - would you mind if I share it on the list?

The “Child And Teen Care Clinic” provider type is not listed in the drop-down list for organizational providers but “Child And Teen Checkup Clinic” is available. I am running into errors trying to submit an application.  See screen shots with description of the steps I took below.

 

1. Added agreement, Addendum, Test Agreement and State Agreement 1 by checking all boxes for “Child And Teen Checkup Clinic” provider type in the edit provider type function.

 

 

2. Completed application, on the provider statement page, check marked all documents available.

 

 

3. Clicked on “Submit Enrollment” and got this error message. The State Agreement was “unchecked” by the system.

 

 

4. Went back to Functions, edited the “Child and Teen Checkup Clinic” to remove the State Agreement 1. Backed all the way out and re-logged in.

 

 

5. Pulled application from the Enrollments/Draft  tab, re-completed the application, on the provider statement page, checked all documents available, clicked Submit Enrollment and got this error message again.
