Adding extra page in invoice (ie: Terms and Conditions)

What initially seemed straightforward has proven to be more complex than anticipated. We aim to incorporate a Terms and Conditions page on the invoices we print. Like many others, we predominantly print invoices as PDFs for emailing rather than using the conventional method of mailing them.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. When we print and mail invoices, we utilize a pre-printed form with a Table of Contents (ToC). I attempted the following in Crystal Reports: adding a sub-report with the ToC, but it prints with the invoice header and footer; and adding an Insert Page Break and including the ToC, but it still prints with the invoice header and footer. Is there a method to add a blank page with our ToC on it?

try moving the subreport to page footer.

if need be put in a new page footer section below the current page footer.
