Macola data tables

Hi,
I have not dove into the data tables for Macola in years. If anyone could point me at a table that would contain payment information (check number, vendor, date and amount) I would appreciate it. I need to create a report to provide to our bank on a regular basis.

Look at APOPNFIL_SQL. VCHR_CHK_CD field indicates V = voucher and X = check (might want to double check me on that one).

I’m on ECI Solutions website looking through the Progression knowledgebase and I’m not finding a Data Dictionary – even in the search.
In Macola Progression HELP there is the following:
It doesn’t seem to breakout fields (with field type and size – which can be found in SQL) or provide a Table Relationship map, so you have to wing it sometimes. I have done several Crystal Reports or Excel dumps from Macola, so let me know if I can help. I have done a project where the list of AP Checks is dumped to a CSV for upload to the bank so they can confirm the checks as they are processed for payment (fraud protection). This is what most banks are looking for (did this 12-15 years ago after a client had several checks stolen and fraudulently cashed).

The Data Dictionary tables are in the Macola database and can be accessed with SQL. They all have the prefix DD.

This is just a reminder that we never know how long we or others have. Found this while searching for Chris Gullett’s contributions the last year. He would not have known that his passing would be posted here less than 11 months later.
